I introduced my new bag at the end of last week, but thought it best to properly show off it’s beauty by delving in to the contents that it houses on a daily basis. The bag itself is from Fiorelli via The Hut and is so perfect for Spring time with it’s beautiful floral print paired with a pastel pink & white colour scheme. I love this style of bag, boxy and structured, but roomy enough to fit everything I need without becoming misshapen. Satchel bags like these are always on my wish list, I think they’re totally classic and just plain pretty!
It’s probably stating the obvious to say that I nearly always carry my phone, camera and purse around with me. I’ve had the Samsung Galaxy S6 for nearly a year now and still love it. It’s got a great camera for the off chance I don’t have a camera on me, plus it’s obviously brilliant for keeping up with my social networks and playing Neko Atsume all day every day.
Since buying the Canon G7X back in January barely a day passes where I don’t take it with me. It’s a nifty little thing, which packs a photographic punch without taking up lots of space. Luckily, this bag can fit my DSLR when I need it, but for everything else this is perfect. It also helps keeping it on hand for my weekly vlogs which you should totally check out… hint, hint.
My purse is from River Island and plays home to all of the important stuff – cards, driving license, old random bus tickets, expired vouchers… that sort of stuff.
I’m surprised that there were only two lip products in my bag when I tipped it out for this post, but I’m not at all surprised by what they are. My all time favourite MAC lipstick, Brave, which I wear most days and an old style Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick from Soap & Glory. This one is the shade “Raplumzel” and is nearly finished, but it’s no longer available so I’ll be pretty gutted when it’s finished. Also from Soap & Glory is my must have Hand Food in the Sugar Crush scent, which is my absolute favourite. My hands get really dry at work so I always make sure to have this to hand (pun totally not intended…).
I probably need to wear my glasses more, especially with the amount of screen time I put in on an average week, so I try to keep them nearby all the time. My current pair are from IOLLA and always garner plenty of compliments. Months later, I’m still obsessed with the smoke tortoiseshell and I’m yet to see anything as unique readily available elsewhere.
Other random crap hanging about in my bag includes receipts for Easter eggs and extreme Boots sprees, my favourite Spearmint Tic Tacs, my keys and probably a few hundred kirby grips too…
