Happy July everyone! It’s my birthday month, yipee. July is usually such a busy month for me but surprisingly it’s not turning out that way so far this year. It’s by no means quiet, but not anywhere near as hectic as last year… We’ll see how long that lasts.

Anyway, in true blogger fashion it’s time to share some of the products that I rather enjoyed using over the past 30 days. First up being my newest gadget, the Samsung Galaxy S6, which I have reviewed in full here. It’s such a nice change being able to actually use my phone throughout the day without worrying about having a decent enough signal (my iPhone only ever worked if it had 3G signal) or the battery lasting. I’m a convert!

I’ve already declared my love for the Kiss Air Candles’ Ice Cream Parlour collection here but I’ve been loving the Mango Sorbet candle so much that I just had to mention it again. It’s absolutely delicious and fills the room with a beautifully sweet fragrance, ideal for a candle eh?!

Speaking of beautiful fragrances, the Sommernatt soap from Jager and May is the perfect scent for summer. With lemongrass & sherbet, this all natural soap that’s handmade in Norway (by my old neighbour nonetheless!) is great for keeping the pesky midgies away – an essential in Scotland – and is a right treat when it comes to shower time! I love the sound of the Askepott rosehip & grapefruit soap too.

My eyebrows were needing a bit of TLC after I misplaced my tweezers at the end of May, so I was pleasantly surprised by the Sanguine tweezers that I ordered purely due to their low price. They’re perfectly sharp and easy to use, making it a dream to keep my brows under control.

Whilst on the subject of eyebrows my long abandoned Pro Brow kit from Make Up Academy has been feeling the love recently. I finished my Archery brow pencil and haven’t yet been able to replace it as every Boots I visit seems to be out of stock of my shade, but this has been a fantastic substitute. It stays all day and is easy to work with, everything I look for in a brow product.

Finally, although I was a bit doubtful about the Seventeen Stay Time Concealer at first I now can’t be without it. I’ve got a full review here but to summarise; it’s creamy, good coverage, light enough for my Scottish skin and doesn’t cake. What more do you need from a concealer? I’ll definitely be picking this up again in the future.

What have you been loving lately?
