This post may as well be titled "Things I Wish I Was Cool Enough To Wear and/or Afford", and as you can see my list is pretty long. A couple of weeks ago I made a rather substantial order from ASOS but much to my dismay I ended up sending most of it back, bar a couple of pairs of sandals and some sunnies.
I'm in a bit of a style rut just now, partly thanks to this awful changeable weather and partly down to the fact that I just don't know what suits me any more. I have a bit of an awkward body shape, with big hips, a small waist and short little legs, meaning that trousers are more often than not a no-go for me. This breaks my heart, and as a result I'm becoming increasingly desperate to find the perfect pair, which is why they seem to feature a fair bit in this wishlist!
Right now, I'm loving blushed nude tones. I think they look so stylish and put together, plus they don't scare my neutral loving heart all that much. I picked up a couple of blush pieces lately and I think I actually quite suit them, so I'm keen to add some more to my wardrobe.
On the other hand, there are a few bolder pieces that really stood out to me on my weekly ASOS browse - including two beautiful dresses that I think would be perfect for Summer weddings. I've had my eye on the Purple Grid Mesh dress for a while now and think it's about time I take the plunge and buy it before it's too late.
There was always going to be shoes involved, I love shoes, and right now I'm particularly loving casual trainers and lace up heels. Although the Black Platform Heels don't fit in to either category, they're my typical go to style for high heels and would make the perfect addition to my collection. The main shout out, however, has to go to the Animal Print Stan Smiths by Adidas which I have fallen head over heels for. I love animal print shoes and if these were in stock in my size (and my bank account was looking a bit healthier) I'd snap them up in an instant.
