BEAUTY: New In From Unineed
Guess who's back, back, back? Okay so it wasn't the longest disappearance in the world but it felt like forever to me. I mentioned in my last post that I'd had a technological disaster and wasn't too sure how it would all pan out, but luckily for me I have a computer savvy brother who ever so kindly resurrected my laptop! I'm so happy about it as it gives me a few more months to put money towards a decent computer instead of panic buying something that just about gets me by. Phew!
Now back to the point of this post, Unineed. If you weren't already aware of Unineed it's a fantastic online beauty and fashion retailer stocking big name brands such as Benefit, Clinique and Estee Lauder. Not only do they have all of your cosmetic and skincare needs sorted, they also have an amazing selection of bags and accessories too - I have my eye on this bag in particular at the moment! Unineed have recently relaunched their website with a fantastic new design that makes it a breeze to shop... not the best news for my bank account but my beauty stash is not complaining.
The lovely team behind the website - who are in fact also based in the wonderful city of Glasgow - were kind enough to send over a little package of beauty bits to celebrate their relaunch. The Moody Cow balancing shower gel by Cowshed* has fast become a staple in my morning shower, it's so refreshing and very apt as I am a bit moody at times. The scent of rose geranium is so relaxing yet refreshing enough to set me up for the day. When I was back at school my gran gave me a rose geranium soap as she'd been told it would help me pass my exams... let's hope this shower gel has the same effect!
Up until now I didn't own anything from Estée Lauder, but now I am the very proud owner of a Pure Colour Envy lipstick in Impassioned* which is a stunning fiery red. The colour pay off is absolutely gorgeous and it's so moisturising, I'm waiting for the perfect occasion to properly rock it. It's so bold and really unlike anything else I have in my mostly pink toned collection so I can't wait to give it a proper outing! From testing it I've found it has a pretty decent lasting power too, which is always a massive bonus. It also has an awesome magnetised lid which makes me stupidly happy - there's something so satisfying about the click! It's the little things.
Have you ever bought something from Unineed? If not, then now is the time to change that. Until 5/5 you can get £4 off orders of £50 using the code BANK4 and £10 off orders of £70 using the code BANK10 - what on earth are you waiting for?!
